Your initial consultation will go for 75 mins. This is where we will gather all the in-depth information that makes up your health story. We will go through all areas of your health relevant to your main concern, ensuring we have a holistic understanding of your case.
You will receive the first steps of your treatment plan which may include diet, lifestyle, herbal and/or nutritional intervention. You may also be given referrals for further testing if relevant.
Initial Consultation
Your return consultation will go for 30 mins. This is where we check in on your progress and how you’re tracking with your treatment plan and prescriptions. We may go over any basic test results you’ve received also.
Alterations or next steps in your treatment plan will be offered in this consultation.
Return Consultation
Your extended return consultation will go for 45 mins. Your first return consultation will often be an Extended Return. This type of consultation is also for situations where you want more time to discuss changes in your health, if you have any new health concerns you want to start addressing or if it’s been 6 months+ since your last consultation. This allows us ample time to discuss your case and ensure you’re getting the best care possible.
Alterations or next steps in your treatment plan will be offered in this consultation.
Extended Return
Report of Findings
Supplement Review
Your supplement review consultation will go for 20 mins. This type of consultation is for advice on your supplementation regime. We will go through what your health goals are or the condition you’re trying to address, we’ll review your current supplements, go over any other nutrients/herbs/supplements you’ve been thinking of starting and set you up with an individualised plan based on your unique needs.
If you require further assistance, or your case is complex, and you’d like a more in-depth consultation, your practitioner will discuss your options during this session.
Your report of findings consultation will go for 45 mins. This is where we will go through the findings of any further testing we have conducted. You will receive a comprehensive breakdown of your results and how they relate to your health picture. This extended consultation time will also allow space for you to update your practitioner on your progress since your previous consultation.
Alterations or next steps in your treatment plan will be offered in this consultation.
